Tension and relaxation are part of everyday life, they are important elements and perfectly natural. However, it is problematic, if the tension doesn't want to go away. For example, neck and back strains can permanently occur due to stress and so to make your life difficult. But not only tensions, also by psychological stress we can unnecessarily lose energy. To leave the stress behind us after a long day, is often very difficult and doesn't always succeed.
With the Asana exercises you regenerate your energy and thus, achieve a deep relaxation. You can so fully relax in the shortest possible period of time. During the Yoga lesson deep relaxation is just so important as conscious breathing or Asanas are. Once at the beginning and once at the end are done relaxation exercises for 10-15 minutes, in order to achieve the ideal energy regeneration.
Relaxation has very positive effects, because it triggers an impulse of relaxation in your own body, so that stress hormones are reduced while hormones of happiness increased. The immune system is stimulated and the mental tension can be removed, as to lead to balance.
The Asanas help you to resolve tension, to relax and to come down. Their advantage is that during the day you can also do short yoga exercises, without instructor or mat. A half to two minutes is enough, so that you can relax intensively every two hours. In this way, the Asana exercises can be integrated very easily in the daily routine and so, they create power for the challenges of the day.
